UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 3-12-24 and signed by the Mayor on 3-22-24.
Ordinance 231258 was introduced on 12-4-23 by the Mayor.
This legislation would amend the Planning Code to include:
Replace "building permit" with "planning entitlement" in Section 311
Require that 311 notice procedures apply to the Chinatown Mixed Use District
Require that objective design standards for large lot developments be prepared and made specific to particular districts.
