APPROVED: Ord 231225: Tobacco Paraphernalia SUD North of Market

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 4-2-24 and signed by the Mayor on 4-5-24.

Ordinance 231225 was introduced on 11-28-23 by Supervisor Preston.

This legislation would prohibit Tobacco Paraphernalia Establishments in the North of Market SUD and Lower Polk Street NCD. After 180 days of non-use, Tobacco Paraphernalia establishments would not be allowed to be restored within these districts.
