UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 3-5-24 and signed by the Mayor on 3-15-24.

Ordinance 231223 was introduced on 11-28-23 by Supervisor Chan.

This legislation would require conditional use in all zoning districts for Parcel Delivery Service uses, even where they were previously principally permitted.
