Ord 231221: Citywide Expansion of Allowable Commercial Uses

UPDATE: This ordinance is under review. Planning and the Building Inspection Commission have recommended approval. It is being reviewed now by the Budget and Finance Committee.

Ordinance 231221 was introduced on 11-27-23 by the Mayor and is co-sponsored by Supervisors Engardio, Dorsey, and Melgar.

This legislation would allow more business types on the ground floor in commercial areas citywide.
