UPDATE: This ordinance was approved by the Board of Supervisors on 3-26-24 and signed by the Mayor on 3-27-24.

Ordinance 231006 was introduced on 9-26-23 by Supervisor Peskin.

This legislation would create a Special Use District for 900 Kearney that would allow non-retail professional services at the basement and ground floor and would also permit arts activities on all levels.
