Ordinance 230988 was introduced on 9-19-23 by Supervisor Stefani.

This legislation would require a minimum distance of 600' between a Cannabis Retail use and daycare centers. Additionally, cannabis retail uses discontinued for a period of 18 months would qualify as an abandoned use and restoration of the use would not be permitted.
