Ordinance 230596 was introduced on 5-23-23 by Supervisors Peskin and Chan.
This legislation would require conditional use for residential development projects in RC, RM, and RTO districts that do not construct the maximum density allowed on the lot. Some exceptions apply in cases of unique lot limitations, or expansions of existing residential buildings meeting certain criteria.
