HOT: AB 2361: Housing Allocations; Southern California

AB-2361 was introduced by Assembly Member Davies on 2-12-2024.

This bill would establish a pilot program within Orange County and San Diego County to transfer all or a portion of its allocation of regional housing needs to another city or county within the pilot program. The transferring city/county would be allowed to pay an amount agreed to, including a surcharge to offset the impacts to the transferee city/county.
