This bill would grant an additional density bonus of up to 50% for projects meeting affordable housing criteria.
To achieve the maximum 50% density bonus, the project must set aside:
24% to low income households (base density units)
15% to very low income households (base density units)
44% of the TOTAL units for moderate income households (total units)
