AB 3057: CEQA Exemption: J-ADU's

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Housing and Community Development, and the Committee on Natural Resources on 3-11.24. The hearing was postponed by the committee on 4-3-24.

AB-3057 was introduced by Assembly Member Wilson on 2-16-2024.

This bill would include Junior ADU units in the other list of CEQA exemptions.
