AB 2560: Density Bonus: California Coastal Act

UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committees on Housing and Community Development and Natural Resources on 3-4-24.

AB-2560 was introduced by Assembly Member Alvarez and was Co-Sponsored by Senator Wiener on 2-14-2024.

This bill would permit density bonus, concessions, incentives, waivers, reduction of development standards, and parkin ratios permitted under the Density Bonus Law also be permitted within the coastal zone, despite the development regulations of the California Coastal Act of 1976.
