Inactive: SB 794: CEQA Challenges Timeline

UPDATE: This legislation failed to pass the Committee on Environmental Quality and has not progressed since March 2023.

SB 794 was introduced by Senators Niello and Glazer on 2-17-23.

This bill would require the courts to resolve CEQA cases challenging large housing developments within 1 year of filing, including all appeals.
