APPROVED: ORD 221021: HOME-SF Density Bonus

UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 5-26-23.

Ordinance 221021 was introduced by Supervisors Dorsey and Peskin on 9-27-22.

This Ordinance expands the HOME-SF program. Projects who agree to subject the residential units to rent control would qualify for density bonuses and zoning code modifications.
