Ordinance 230770 was introduced on 6-27-23 by Supervisors Preston, Walton, Chan, Peskin, Melgar, Dorsey, and Ronen.

This legislation would protect tenants receiving low-income housing tax credits or tax-exempt multifamily revenue bonds from loss of rent-control where landlords obtain bond financing.

Ordinance 251211: In-Lieu fees for Street Trees

Ordinance 251211 would allow development projects to pay an in-lieu fee, or install landscaping in place of required street trees.
