APPROVED: Ord 230658: DBI Fee Increase

UPDATE: This ordinance was approved and signed by the Mayor on 7-28-23.

Ordinance 230658 was introduced on 6-1-23 by the Mayor.

This legislation increased DBI fees by 15%.

If approved, this ordinance would waive certain development impact fees in the Market and Octavia Area.

If approved, this ordinance would allow ADU units to be sold separately as condominiums.

If approved, this ordinance would allow tourist hotel and motel rooms to be used for Interim Housing.
