UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committees on Local Government and Natural Resources but no action has been taken since 4-10-23.

AB-1152 was introduced by Assembly Members Patterson and Dahle on 2-16-23.

This bill would prevent expiration of a project's conditions of approval during any lawsuits challenging the city, county, or zoning/planning decisions.
