UPDATE: This legislation failed to pass the Land Use and Transportation Committee and was filed as inactive on 6-2-23.

Ordinance 220997 was introduced by Supervisors Mandelman and Melgar on 9-19-22.

This Ordinance would have rezoned all RH-1 districts up to RH-2 including RH-1D zones.
