APPROVED: HOT: AB-968: Single-Family Disclosures

AB-968 was introduced by Assembly Member Grayson on 2-14-23.

This bill would require single-family property sellers to disclose information on any room additions, structural modifications, alterations, or repairs made to the property since the sellers purchase of the property. They would also be required to disclose whether the work was performed by a licensed contractor and provide the contractor names.
