Most Health violations are initiated by a call to 311 or during a regular annual inspection. Violations related to noise, air/water quality, pests, hazardous materials, and food safety are administered by the Environmental Health Branch (EHB) Keep an eye on your 311 violations to see when they are forwarded to EHB for investigation.
