KILLED: High Rise Mechanical Certification

Ordinance 210288 was introduced on 3-16-21.

This legislation would have required high-rise buildings with 50,000 sf or more of non-residential floor area to certify that it’s mechanical ventilation system complies with applicable codes, post information at the entry, and have information on the DPH and DBI websites with information for the public about how it complies.
