UPDATE: This ordinance is under review. No action has been taken since 7-13-23 when the Planning Department response was received. This legislation was filed as inactive on 4-4-24.

Ordinance 230703 was introduced on 6-6-23 by Supervisor Chan.

This legislation would require that electrical and communications work be performed by C-10 Electrical Contractors and/or C-8 Low Voltage Systems Contractors.
