UPDATE: This legislation was approved and signed by the Mayor on 7-28-23.

Ordinance 230374 was introduced by Supervisors Safai and Melgar on 4-4-23.

This Ordinance identifies specific requirements for site permit applications and reviews in an effort to streamline site permit reviews. Legislation includes concurrent reviews of site permits with Planning, Building, Fire, PUC, DPW, and Health reviews.
