UPDATE: This legislation was referred to the Committee on Utilities and Energy on 3-11-24. It was amended and re-referred to the Committee on 4-1-24.

AB-3076 was introduced by Assembly Member Essayli on 2-16-2024 and is Co-Authored by Senator Seyarto.

This bill would require the Public Utilities Commission to suspend the implementation of a decision on the proposed Riverside Transmission Reliability Project submitted by the Southern California Edison Company due to a wildfire risk assessment.
